According to the Hartford Business Journal, Black Diamond Partners LLC has proposed a new industrial and commercial development totaling 99,797 square feet at 1985 and 2015 South Main St. in Middletown. The plan calls for three buildings, including a 40,447-square-foot structure and two multi-level buildings totaling 59,350 square feet, one of which would feature 16 individual tenant spaces.
