According to the Hartford Business Journal, a limited liability company acquired the office-and-retail property at 39 Lewis St. in downtown Greenwich for $10.69 million. The four-story, 17,081-square-foot building, originally constructed in 1963, was fully leased at the time of sale and was sold by an LLC affiliated with Pine Ridge Advisors.
