According to the Hartford Business Journal, UConn’s first downtown Hartford residence hall at 64 Pratt St. has reached full occupancy before opening, with all 202 beds leased and more than 50 students on a waiting list. The $28.9 million redevelopment converted a former office building into student housing featuring 45 furnished apartments, along with study areas, classrooms, recreation space, and a fitness center.
