According to the Hartford Business Journal, The City Trust Collection, a mixed-use apartment property occupying a full city block at 955 Main St. in downtown Bridgeport, sold for $21.5 million after being marketed for approximately 17 months. The seller was Time Equities Inc., which had acquired the asset for $13.5 million in 2019, while the buyer was not disclosed.
