According to the Hartford Business Journal, Schonline Windows & Doors acquired the industrial property at 9 Heritage Park Road in Clinton for $2.55 million from Seidman Realty LLC to expand its U.S. operations. The property contains approximately 41,825 square feet on 4.12 acres and was vacant at the time of sale.
