According to the Hartford Business Journal, Plaza West, a 92,319-square-foot office building at 100 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, sold for $3.9 million, or roughly $42 per square foot. The buyer was CRD LLC, while the seller was 100 Mill Plain Investors LLC, which had acquired the property for $12.4 million in 2015. At the time it was marketed for sale, the building was approximately 38% leased to 12 tenants, compared with 92% occupancy when the prior ownership acquired it.
