We had an incredible time at the CT Commercial Real Estate Conference yesterday at the Delamar Hotel in West Hartford, CT, hosted by the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR). This event was a highlight of the commercial real estate calendar, packed with informative discussions and valuable networking opportunities.

The event featured an Economic Development Panel with insightful contributions from local mayors including Danielle Wong (Bloomfield), Jeffrey Caggiano (Bristol), Connor Martin (East Hartford), and Jay Moran (Manchester), moderated by Greg Bordonaro, Editor of the Hartford Business Journal.

In the Commercial Financing Overview session, we gained expert perspectives from Vincent Bergin (CHFA), Andreas Kapetanopoulos (NBT Bank), and Michael Riccio (CBRE), with moderation by Dave Wharmby, CFA (UConn CREUES).

Our own Mark Duclos, SIOR, CRE, led a standout session on industrial real estate during the industry updates segment. He was joined by Jeremy Grossman (Grossman Real Estate), Christopher Reilly (Lexington Partners LLC), and Chris Chiappa (Waterford Hotel Group), with moderation by Katherine Pancak (UConn CREUES).
