After reporting second quarter losses, the telecommunications company has been selling assets in an effort to pay down more than $17B in debt.
Cigna to Expand in Bloomfield CT
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Cigna is planning to expand its training and learning center at 1350 Hall Boulevard, Bloomfield from 5,900 SF to 11,210 SF.
