According to MassLive, 253 Organic LLC has leased 253 Millers Falls Road, Montague. The 33,000 SF office facility on 4 acres will undergo a $6M renovation which will include recreational marijuana cultivation and manufacturing as well as a retail store. The new company is expected to be open for business in the fall of 2019 and will employ up to 50 people.
Gartner to expand in Stamford CT
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Gartner, Inc. has leased office space at 700 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford to house up to 400 new employees over the next five years. The Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) will provide a $5 million loan to the Stamford based research and advisory firm for facility improvements and other expenses.
