
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brady Sullivan Properties received conceptual approval from Windsor’s Planning and Zoning Commission to convert two vacant office buildings at 1 and 3 Waterside Crossing into a 171-unit apartment complex. The buildings, totaling 216,252 square feet and situated on a combined 26.43 acres, were built in the early 1980s and are located within the Day Hill Corporate Area corridor.
