The 18,536‑square‑foot structure, built in 1880 and situated on a 0.25‑acre parcel, includes 12,164 square feet of leasable space along with a 6,372‑square‑foot basement. The seller, Downtown New Canaan LLC, had acquired the property in 2019, and town records list its current appraisal at $4.44 million.
