The seller, SCT Glastonbury LLC, had previously acquired the 196,000‑square‑foot, 11.9‑acre property for $30.3 million in 2019. while the buyer, Unified Holdings of Glastonbury LLC, lists a White Plains business address. The site includes an 81,042‑square‑foot building completed in 1989 and a 115,475‑square‑foot building completed in 2002, with the complex reported as 95% leased at the time of sale.
