According to the Hartford Business Journal, BDE Realty Bethel LLC purchased a 2.06-acre commercial property at 6 Franklin J. Clarke Circle in Bethel for $2.03 million from Turtle Rock Realty LLC. The site includes an 11,020-square-foot building with showroom and office space, as well as a 6,930-square-foot warehouse.
