According to the Providence Business News, a mill building at 1119 Douglas Ave. in North Providence, refurbished for residential use, was sold for $3.5 million. The 25,500-square-foot building, situated on 0.89 acres, was purchased by Meta Mill LLC. The property was previously owned by Gateway Portal Properties LLC.
