According to the Hartford Business Journal, a cannabis dispensary property at 895 Washington Street in Middletown was sold for $1.95 million. The 1,840-square-foot, single-story brick building sits on half an acre and was previously a Bank of America branch. Arctrust, a Clifton, New Jersey-based real estate investor, sold the property to an LLC affiliated with a law practice in Melville, New York. The building currently houses Venu Flower Collective, which will continue operations under new ownership.
