According to the Hartford Business Journal, the owner of 1–3 Mill Pond Lane in Simsbury has submitted a preliminary plan to rezone the 3.4‑acre property to allow a mixed‑use redevelopment that adds 14 two‑bedroom townhome units alongside the existing 14,000‑square‑foot office building.
