According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brand Street Properties and Barings purchased The Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor for $98.25 million. The joint venture acquired the open‑air retail center from PGIM, formerly Prudential Global Investment Management, and will continue operating the property together.
