According to the Hartford Business Journal, ATA Steel Corp. acquired a 52,574-square-foot light industrial building at 238 Wolcott Road in Wolcott for $3.1 million through an affiliated LLC. The property, built in 1980 and located near the Waterbury city line, was previously owned by WARE-IN LLC, which had purchased it for nearly $2.8 million in 2009.
