According to the Hartford Business Journal, Baumer LTD, the North American affiliate of the Swiss‑based Baumer Group, purchased the 15,367‑square‑foot office‑and‑warehouse facility at 5 Century Drive in Bristol for $2.95 million. The building, situated on 3.49 acres and constructed in 1992, had been leased by the company since March 2023 before it initiated an off‑market acquisition as the lease approached renewal.
