According to the Hartford Business Journal, Beacon Adhesives, a New York–based manufacturer, purchased a 30,829-square-foot industrial building at 145 Hyde Road in Farmington for $1.9 million through 145 Hyde Road LLC. The property, formerly occupied by Corotec Corp. and Turbine Technologies, was vacant at the time of sale and sits on a single-story footprint. The seller, Finch Land Management LLC, had acquired the building in 2020 for $750,000.
