According to the Hartford Business Journal, Cork Associates LLC, an affiliate of Wolverine Fire Protection Co., has purchased the 40,000‑square‑foot flex‑industrial building at 95 Peters Road in Bloomfield for $3.17 million . The 6.23‑acre property, built in 1986 with concrete construction and 22‑foot wall heights, was sold by DSJL Properties LLC.
