According to the Hartford Business Journal, BNY Mellon National Association sold two Greenwich properties for a combined $16.5 million to 10 Mason LLC and 43 Mason LLC, entities tied to Atlas Holdings. The sale included a four-story, 27,000-square-foot bank building at 10 Mason Street for $13.5 million and a 0.7-acre paved lot at 43 Mason Street for $3 million.
