According to the Hartford Business Journal, Priyal LLC purchased a 20,330-square-foot industrial building at 182 Commerce Street in East Haven for $1.8 million and will relocate its headquarters from 99 Commerce Street. The property sits on 1.66 acres and was previously owned by Schneider Electric USA.
