According to the Providence Business News, the 75,847‑square‑foot Branch Avenue Plaza at 650 Branch Ave. in Providence has been sold for $10.6 million. The seller, 147 Amsterdam LLC, transferred the 8.09‑acre retail property, recently renovated with more than $1.5 million in capital improvements to 650 Branch LLC, a Fall River–based entity. The plaza, originally built in 1950 and now fully leased to nine tenants, includes national and regional retailers and features rooftop solar.
