According to the Hartford Business Journal, Compass Self Storage, affiliated with Cleveland-based Compass Self Storage, purchased a nearly 21-acre self-storage facility in Torrington for $14.56 million. The property at 260 and 300 Technology Park Drive includes nine self-storage buildings ranging from 3,300 to 29,305 square feet, and six buildings on the abutting property ranging from 3,750 to 10,850 square feet. This acquisition follows Compass’s recent purchase of a 350-unit, 8.9-acre facility in New Hartford for $8.6 million.
