According to the Hartford Business Journal, a multi-tenant commercial property located at 61 Boston Post Road in Orange was sold for $2.2 million to East Haven-based Master One LLC. The 13,000-square-foot building, which sits on 2.4 acres along Route 1/Boston Post Road, was previously owned by Six One Boston Post Road LLC. Built in 1970, the property includes space for three tenants, including a Town Fair Tire location, and had an appraised value of $1.75 million as of 2022.
