According to the Hartford Business Journal, RMS 177 Broad Street LLC purchased the 197,150‑square‑foot, 16‑story office tower at 177 Broad St. in Stamford for $13.2 million. The seller, 177 Broad Street Owner LLC, had acquired the property for $79 million in 2007, and the building was most recently appraised at $39.4 million with an assessed value of $27.6 million. The structure, built in 1985 and now nearly vacant, is slated for conversion into 231 residential units.
