According to the Hartford Business Journal, H & R Patel LLC acquired a two-building retail strip center at 5 Padanaram Road in Danbury for $3.9 million from Joon Hyuk Chung. The one-story property spans 18,769 square feet across 1.84 acres and was previously purchased for $3.4 million in 2008.
