According to the Hartford Business Journal, Cloud Forest Properties LLC purchased the 15,524‑square‑foot industrial building at 8 Forest Parkway in Shelton for $2.3 million. The one‑story structure, built in 1987 and situated on 2.75 acres, had been vacant at the time of sale and was previously owned by Pemburn Partners LLC, which acquired it for $1.75 million in 2007.
