According to the Hartford Business Journal, Eppoliti Industrial Realty LLC plans to develop four new commercial buildings totaling 60,425 square feet on land spanning the Danbury–Bethel line, with 50,675 square feet proposed at 15 Great Pasture Road in Danbury and 9,750 square feet at 0 Wooster St. in Bethel . The project covers 11.9 acres in Danbury and 2.2 acres in Bethel, supplementing an existing 74,442‑square‑foot commercial building on the Danbury parcel, where a smaller structure will be demolished.
