According to the Hartford Business Journal, Lofts M7 LLC has proposed converting two seven-story office buildings at 101 and 201 Merritt 7 in Norwalk into a 300-unit apartment complex. The buildings total 830,184 square feet and sit on 6.48 acres, with a combined appraisal of $34.7 million.
