According to the Hartford Business Journal, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners is seeking approval to revise its mixed‑use plan for the 2.72‑acre waterfront site in Norwalk by replacing a planned 54,000‑square‑foot office building with a 130‑room hotel at the south end of the property. The development, approved earlier for 83,000 square feet of office space across two buildings, also includes a 59‑unit, five‑story residential building, boat slips, a boardwalk, and a ground‑floor restaurant.
