According to the Hartford Business Journal, Eld Street Properties LLC has purchased a 3,944-square-foot retail building at 873 Boston Post Road in Darien for $1.5 million. The one-story property, built in 1952 on a 0.12-acre parcel, is currently home to Darien Station Variety and was previously owned by 873 Boston Post Road LLC.
