According to the Hartford Business Journal, JD Hartford LLC acquired the nine-story Capitol Hotel at 440 Asylum Street in Hartford for $6 million. The 68,763-square-foot property, built in 1961, includes 96 rooms, a 46-space indoor garage, and an 11,240-square-foot surface lot on a 0.71-acre parcel overlooking Bushnell Park.
