According to the Providence Business News, the PPAC Square Garage at 231 Weybosset St. in downtown Providence was sold for $6.8 million. The three-level garage, which contains around 325 parking spaces and spans 45,072 square feet, was purchased by Fruitcake LLC, managed by Cohen Properties II LLC. The property, situated on 0.51 acres, was sold by Parking Garage Associates LLC.
