The acquisition includes an 11,841‑square‑foot two‑story retail building and a separate 1,527‑square‑foot two‑story office structure situated on a 0.66‑acre parcel. The seller, Reef Road Realty LLC, had owned the site since 2010, and town records list the combined appraised value at $3.97 million.
