According to the Hartford Business Journal, The Ardent Cos. has opened a five‑story self‑storage facility at 1525 Railroad Ave. in Bridgeport, totaling 124,711 square feet and containing 1,124 storage units. The project sits on a 0.89‑acre site that was acquired in January 2025 for $4.15 million and represents the ninth development completed through Ardent’s Self Storage Development Fund II.
