According to the Hartford Business Journal, Black Rock Galleries, a Fairfield‑based estate liquidation company, purchased the former Agway property at 74 South Street in Bethel for $2 million. The site spans 3.17 acres and includes a 10,366‑square‑foot retail building, a 4,354‑square‑foot storage structure, and a 2,520‑square‑foot greenhouse. The seller, Trio Fund I Portfolio LLC, had acquired the property in 2022 for $1.71 million before transferring it to Black Rock Galleries.
