According to the Hartford Business Journal, Staypoint Properties acquired the former Crystal Rock bottling and distribution facility at 1050 Buckingham Street in Watertown for $5.2 million. The 52,241-square-foot industrial building sits on 10.3 acres and was sold by the Baker Grandchildren’s Trust, which is affiliated with the family that founded Crystal Rock.
