
According to the Hartford Business Journal, a one-story, 17,598-square-foot retail building at 907 High Ridge Road in Stamford was sold for $5.58 million. The property, built in 1968 and previously appraised at $3.28 million, sits on a parcel assessed at $2.3 million. It formerly housed a furniture retailer that plans to relocate to a 5,820-square-foot space on Pacific Street.
