According to the Hartford Business Journal, a limited liability company affiliated with Gengras Motor Cars sold the Volkswagen dealership property at 245 New Britain Avenue in Plainville for $4 million. The site spans 2.5 acres and includes a 21,478-square-foot building constructed in 1964. The new operator has rebranded the business as Crew Volkswagen of Connecticut following the July 17 transaction.
