According to the Hartford Business Journal, an eight-unit, 14,895-square-foot retail building at 30 Welles St. in Glastonbury was sold for $3.6 million. Station 35 Common Associates LLC sold the 1978-vintage building, situated on 1.87 acres, to Stown Limited LLC.
