According to the Hartford Business Journal, Malyr, a U.K.-based logistics and fulfillment firm, has established its U.S. headquarters at 300 Hathaway Drive, Stratford, leasing a 12,600-square-foot industrial building. The property, built in 1986 and situated on 0.54 acres in a light industrial zone, is owned by 300 Hathaway Drive LLC and appraised at $881,800.
