According to the Hartford Business Journal, 530 Old Post Road Partners LLC received approval from Greenwich’s Planning and Zoning Commission to convert a three-story office building at 530 Old Post Road into a 10-unit apartment complex. The 13,572-square-foot structure, situated on a 0.46-acre parcel, will feature six two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units, including one designated as affordable housing.
