According to the Hartford Business Journal, the City of Hartford is considering purchasing a vacant office building at 341 Main Street for $50,000 from The Hartford Dispensary, which operates as The Root Center for Advanced Recovery. The single‑story brick structure, built in 1955, totals 5,839 square feet and sits just south of downtown along the Main Street corridor. Officials view the acquisition as part of a broader redevelopment vision to transform the area and remove a long‑standing vacant property.
