According to the Hartford Business Journal, Henkel has begun converting a 45,000‑square‑foot, two‑story office building at 9 Trefoil Drive in Trumbull into a new research and development facility valued at more than $70 million. The building, purchased for $4.9 million in December, will consolidate the company’s North America Consumer Brands R&D operations onto a 10‑acre campus that includes existing facilities at 4 and 30 Trefoil Drive, totaling more than 110,000 square feet of interior space. Scheduled to open at the end of 2027.
