According to the Hartford Business Journal, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners is nearing completion of a $67 million conversion of a historic office complex at 55 Elm Street in Hartford into 160 apartments. The 234,000-square-foot property, originally built in 1925 and acquired for $6.8 million in 2020. Spinnaker also plans a $66 million follow-up project with 180 additional units on adjacent parking lots purchased for $3.25 million in early 2024.
