According to the Hartford Business Journal, a historic four-story brick mill at 210 Holabird Avenue in Winsted was sold for $1.9 million to a limited liability company affiliated with Birchwater Property Management. The 106,695-square-foot building, originally constructed in 1900, sits on a 1.6-acre parcel and includes an adjacent 0.66-acre lot.
