According to the Hartford Business Journal, Providence Place mall in downtown Providence is set to be listed for sale in September. The property, currently under receivership, spans over 1.4 million square feet and sits on approximately 13 acres. The mall is owned by Centennial Real Estate Management LLC and U.S. Bank National Association. The sale comes amid ongoing legal proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and aims to reposition the asset in the market.
