According to the Hartford Business Journal, Snowball Developments secured a $9.5 million permanent loan to refinance its 115,800-square-foot warehouse at 555 Nutmeg Road in South Windsor. The single-story industrial building, constructed in 1980, sits on 12.1 acres and includes 14 loading docks, two drive-in doors, 25-foot clear heights, and 6,580 square feet of office space.
